Staie on the Seaway Real Estate Services is a new and fast growing Real Estate Company in Alexandria Bay, New York.  We live in the Heart of the Thousand Islands.  We have the beauty of the St. Lawrence River with the protection of one of our largest military post Fort Drum.  We are very blessed to be a part of this wonderful community. We cover from Ogdensburg to Sackets Harbor and the Fort Drum area. We are working hard to put another company on the map here in the wonderful Thousand Islands.

My agents and I are pleased to be working in this area.  I am a 14 year experienced real estate agent, broker, and now owner of my own company.   I now have my brother, Danny Staie and a sister-in-law, Debbie Staie as part of this office.  No Danny and Debbie are not married.  I have four brothers; Dennis, Richard, and Bill are the rest.  We have been a part of this area all of our lives.  Danny and I were both born here in Alexandria Bay at E. J. Noble Hospital now called River Hospital.  Danny has worked at Crowley Foods since 1986 in LaFargeville. In his spare time, he coaches Varsity Boy Soccer. Danny is married to Dawn and they have 5 children.   Debbie (O'Hara) Staie was raised in Clayton before marrying my brother, Dennis in 1974 and now has just retired from Jefferson County Probation after 36 years of service. Debbie has two adult children.   We are also very pleased to add Michelle Griffin to our office.  Michelle was from Ohio then moved to Vermont where she spent most of her life before marrying her husband, Dan, who is presently stationed at Fort Drum.   Michelle and Dan own a home in the Town of Alexandria and have two preschoolers.

All of my agents are ready to guide you in your next purchase or listing of your property.  After taking the extensive New York State approved Realtor class and then passing the State Exam, they have continued to train through my classes in the office, so they are ready to help you with your next purchase or sale of a property.  I have total confidence in my agents, and I am very pleased to have them on board.
