Staie on the Seaway Real Estate Services is a Real Estate Company in Alexandria Bay, New York the "Heart of the Thousand Islands".  My name is Vickie Staie.  I am the broke-owner.  We have the beauty of the St. Lawrence River, the joys of the  inland lakes along with the protection of one of our largest Military Bases now known as Fort Drum.  I feel very blessed to be a part of this wonderful community. Our office covers from Ogdensburg to Henderson Harbor,  the Fort Drum area and the Adirondack to Tug Hill. My agents and I are working hard to put this company on the map here in the Tri-County Area.

I  am a 14 year experienced real estate agent, associate broker, and now owner of my own company.  This office belongs to both Jefferson-Lewis Board of Realtors and the St Lawrence Board of Realtors.  I am a member of the Alexandria Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Watertown Chamber of Commerce.   I belong to the Tri-County Women's Council of Realtors. I am currently serving as the secretary.  I am in the process of joining the Lions Clubs International in Clayton, NY. I am also a member of the New York State National Association of Realtors and the New York State National Association of Appraisers.  I am also an appraisers assistant working towards my certification  for Appraisals USA also located in Alexandria Bay. I have many years of experience and I will continue to keep my education up with classes and seminars to help me stay in touch with todays buyers and sellers and there needs.

I have 2 agents currently in the office.  Danny Staie a brother, works full time even though he is a full time manager at Crowley Foods in LaFargeville. Danny will continue to work hard to get new listings while staying in touch with his current buyers to help them find the perfect property. Danny continues his education to make sure he is up to date with new laws and regulations. Debbie Staie a sister in law recently retired from Jefferson County Probabion after 36 years and was looking for a part time job. But decided to sell real estate and has worked very hard as a full time agent. She has gone above and beyond to help her sellers get their property ready so she can get the best price possible for their property. Debbie also keeps in contact with several buyers looking for property throughout the area. She has joined a few clubs to help her become known now as a real estate professional.
